Automobile Claims Fraud

Insureds who are desperate for money may file fraudulent vehicle claims for extra cash.  Claims Advantage has certified insurance fraud investigators trained to investigate first party claims and staged collisions.

General Liability Fraud

On-Site Clinic Inspections

Our SIU investigators perform on-site clinic visits to verify and document that the required equipment is being used to perform physical therapy, and that all personnel are properly licensed. We also conduct surveillance to document patient transport vehicles, and ensure patients are legitimately receiving treatment.

Jewelry/Homeowner Fraud

In economically challenging times, we see an increase in reports of expensive jewelry lost or stolen. An insured will pursue a lost jewelry claim on their homeowner’s policy while hiding the jewelry in question.  Claims Advantage SIU investigators are skilled at detecting deception and investigating inconsistencies in claimant statements to root out fraudulent claims.
